Sally Mae Student Loans Rep Being Recorded Part 3

Previous debt has been paid; However, this an old video of me on the phone with Sally Mae. Now this lady was much more patient than all the other reps, while the last two just about hung up on me. After listening to this a couple times it sounds like I really did ruin her day from the tone of her voice near the end. However, I don't care – These people are ruthless and they deserve someone like me to dish it right back in their faces.

  1. this is great, love the vids

  2. This recording was made for various reasons. It started off as a joke, and thats all that it was meant to be. Some of the comments i’ve received remind of things that a SM rep would say. Makes me wonder if they visit youtube when they should be harassing people that owe roughly 100 dollars. Nevertheless, the calls stopped after I told them I moved to mexico (which is not true obviously, but I wanted to hear their response.) Saying they would garnish my mexican wages was funny and worth it. Lol

  3. I’ll think about it today while i’m sipping a mojito. Cheer’s!

  4. Good one barb. Don’t forget to mention the money dumped by spreading our army thin across the entire world. While, every other country keeps their troops at home. As well as, the money flushed down the toilet into the TSA bowl so that passengers can see a theatrical performance before they board a plane, and ect ect ect…

  5. A $100 defaulted loan will get ugly? What will they do, garnish my wages for a week? Read the video information before you post. Your user name made me laugh. Thanks I needed that.

  6. No the “HUGE” reason the American economy sucks is not that I USED to owe ~100 dollars; but, it is because morons like you elect a president that is a failure. I used to owe roughly a hundred dollars, the US National Debt is in the billions. I am paid off; However, the National Debt keeps climbing. Do I need to include a mini math refresher for you? As well as a reading tutorial. Read the info before you post. Thanks!

  7. How about you read the info before you post about me paying them back. These recordings were made with the intention to exploit the different so called policies Sallie Mae has; Which, apparently change depending on the rep that you speak to.

Alot of people suffer from the student loan blues….

Its up to us to take care of this the right way..
If your student loan is in default it could get ugly..

  9. pleeeaase, the economy is in the tank because of greedy corps like sallie mae and freddie mac who rip us off and are then rewarded with over 1300billion dollars while giving themselves 100millions more in bonuses.
if americans dont become educated we will be a country of minimum wage workers….no nurses or doctors or teachers or scientists…we can just keep importing them from third world countries.

  10. lol

  11. How about you take the money you are paying your lawyer and pay your student loan? You’re the reason why America’s economy sucks. And if you were my friend and owed me money that I needed, I’d call you every day too. Have fun trying to win that case; the judge is going to laugh in your face.

Oh, and your Mexican lawyer can’t do jack in the U.S.

  12. You’re a huge reason why America’s economy sucks

  13. yea so? Pay your loan back you lazy bastard.

  14. But the recording on your end cannot hold up in court. Saying that they don’t give permission protects them, but you can still go after the company. One thing though, in your promissory note, it says that they can call that many times in a day, 7 days a week. Read that thing sometime. You’d be surprised what all Sallie Mae can do. But not paying is only hurting yourself.

  15. The reason why they record the calls is to make sure that the representative is doing their job, not to use the call against you. Recording the call is only done to make sure that your representative is doing his or her job. Now if you record the call when you call Sallie Mae, and the rep says that they don’t give their permission to have the call recorded it is to protect that particular representative. If you have an issue with the company and want to come back and sue the company, fine.
